Kontrollige mähise takistust igakuiselt (12 ± 0,5Ω juures 24 VDC juures). Puhastage klapi südamikud kord kvartalis ISO VG10 hüdraulilise õliga. Testige reageerimise aeg (<100ms) using diagnostic tool. Replace if leakage exceeds 5 drops/min under 20MPa pressure. Lubricate seals with silicone grease (Dow Corning® 55). Check wiring insulation annually (≥100MΩ). Follow ISO 4406:2021 for fluid cleanliness. Record actuation cycles; replace after 500,000 operations.
