Pump Suction Hose (253004564) – XCMG Loaders
Depressurize the hydraulic system. Clean hose ends and pump ports with lint-free cloth.
Ensure hose routing avoids sharp bends (>100 mm radius) and contact with moving parts.
Apply VG 32 oil to O-rings.
Hand-tighten threaded fittings to pump inlet, then torque to 85±5 Nm.
Secure hose with stainless steel clamps (25–30 mm width) at 200 mm intervals.
Run system at 0.5 MPa for 5 minutes. Check for leaks (max. drop: 0.02 MPa/min).
